Twenty Eleven
In a blink of an eye, 2011 is coming to an end. It's been such a disappointing year that im thankful 2012 is coming.
What a year of changes, different phases of ups and downs.....
Three major highlights of the year -
Firstly, my most favourite workplace EVER, closed down...
It was a major blow.. It was a place where I was one of the "kings" there, doing something i liked, where it wasn't very stressful,
it's football-related (yay) and a place where I got to know so many close friends.. It's life-changing to say the least
and not only did my life got affected by this sudden change, many people were affected... Sigh..
Secondly, my best friend got married. Don't get me wrong...im delighted for him obviously.
Just that.....in some ways, i've lost a confidante.
I've not met him since his wedding and even though we still talk on MSN and Whatsapp, it's just not the same...
It's true that I have many buddies and good friends but apart from him and probably Ivy, I don't seem to like to tell others what's bothering me...
Thirdly and most upsetting-ly, my dream came crashing down.. Okay dont ask me about this..
This is definitely a year where my fragile confidence became even more fragile.
And I really reallly really wish wish wish and hope hope hope that 2012 will be kinder to me. Please..?
....And moments before this blog entry, I accidentally stepped on a broken piece of glass and
injured my foot. No football action this weekend then.. What luck!! =(
