Epi 2: The Buffet Killers Strike Back

Wan's last day today before he embarks on a new career.
I think he is just one of very few over there who understands me.. maybe because we are both from UOL (university of life) =S hehs..
I think there are times when I said or did things in an incorrect manner but he tries to think a little bit deeper and realise that I don't have negative intentions.
Im grateful to him for that... and it shows how important maturity is for you to understand different kinds of people... at least he made the effort instead of assuming stuffs..
and after one year of working together in the same department, it's super sad to see him leave. But im glad for his future. =)
Will always cherish the moments we spent joking, fooling around and irritating the pple around us with our guffaws and antics. Cheers bro..
Thank goodness my best bud Diq is still around (for the time being)...

Bumped into Dragonscage mate, Irfan who was just across the table.

The last time we went, we didn't really eat much...
One by one, we admitted defeat and our appetite died..
This time around, I had a strategy.
The plan was simple..
Drink coffee first and then wait for a few minutes before striking..
I had four cups.. =S
Coffee is a diuretic drink..blah blah blah.. explain that to u another day..
I definitely ate more this time...
All in all, we had joy..we had fun..we had a good time at Sakura...

Truly Madly Jackly 2

I went Mad Jack again... Can u believe it..? =S
This time with two of my buddies, Fad & Siddiq.
No Im not addicted to them...just went cos Fad havent tried before... Hehs..
Too bad Rash couldn't make it to complete our Fantastic Four..

Siddiq: Yummy (smacks lips) think Im gonna go for my Blue Mountain Burger....
Fad: Hmmm...are there any hot chicks inside there....

My fish and chips. It was really nice. Well...not as good as Fish & Co's...But it's really value for money.

Fad can't finish his burger. Wasting food when millions can't even afford to buy.. Hahha..

After that, we went to Island Cremery to chill...
Yum..the ice-cream was great..
They had so many pics of peeps who ever went there.. pasted all over the walls..
It was something like an American thing...
It's really a cool place to chill out and chat...
No wonder there were so many students and couples hanging around...

Truly Madly Jackly

Finally went Mad Jack for dinner with An & Muhammad.
Been wanting to go try the food there..
The prices were reasonable and the food was good to say the least..
We went for Blue Mountain Beef Burgers and Rib Eye and cheese fries..
The burger was allegedly the tallest burger in town. Hehs..
The patty was well cooked and there was 'unlimited' supply of mayonaisse/tomato ketchup/chilli sauce. Yum...
And the cheese fries... definitely comparable to (or better than) KFC's...
Felt really full after that.. Burp~~~
I'll definitely come back to try other dishes...

footy again yeahh..

The attendance for footy today was great despite the fasting month.
And thank god the weather was kind towards us...
Just shows how passionate we all are considering that a huge majority are fasting.
It's the beautiful game and we just can't resist it... Heh..

Was having a 'fun quarrel' with a friend today when things turned sour...
It was supposed to be one of those friendly banter when nothing is supposed to be taken seriously..
If you're smart enough, please come up with a clever retort rather than hitting on my weak spot.
You just had to mention something to upset me didn't you...
Hitting a man when he's down when you don't even know the full story... Sigh..

I tell you...that one is really nice...who knows I might well make a living out of it.. Hehs..
Hmm... think tomorrow I'll ask for the cheesecake recipe as well...

Sunday, Boon Lay, Dragonscage - Played ok and didn't suffer any aggravation to my knee which was the target before the session. Yeah.. Can't wait for the next footy action!

Even though I'm just a former colleague to you, I will always be here when u need someone to confide in or when u're feeling confused or upset etc... You are my friend....and i hope everything will work out fine for you and that you'll be happy...

A friend recently got attached and it's nice to see that she seems more cheery these days. In the past, whenever she is in a foul mood, I have to admit that I'm abit scared of her...hahha...

tired tired tired..

Bumped into Tingting & Tzechi at the MRT station on the way home just now...
Guess wad i told them?

Yeap...what the heck was I saying? It's only been a few days...
I must be so tired that I don't know what I'm talking about...

And I almost kicked my neighbour's cat on the way for my evening jog just now... =S
I was so tired and distracted by 'dunnowad' thoughts that I didn't notice it and had to execute a Ronaldo-style stepover at the very last minute.. Pheww~~
(and the kitty just calmly sit down on the floor like nothing's happening.. =S)

On another random note, my knee injury is still not right yet... Darn it!!
Whenever i sit down for a long while (in the office or at home) and get up, it feels abit dodgy and really uncomfortable... Grrrrrrr...

Tired tired tired......time to recharge my batteries... Ciao..

doubts..

As weeks and days go by without news...doubts start to grow inside of me...
Will the endurance, perseverance and hard work that I put in for one year be all in vain..?
I sure hope not.... Shucks.....why is it taking so long....

On another note, was just readin Johnson's blog and looking at some pics we took together...

footy at last..

Liverpool played their best football of the season so far beating Derby by SIX goals last night. YEAH!
Sunday footy today. YEAH!
However, the Dragonscage was booked for some netball carnival thingy and we had to play at NTU's Sports Recreational Centre instead.
Not so yeah.
My right knee which i injured two weeks ago is recovering but not in time for today. I just can't shoot or pass the ball with my right foot with real effort...and i was hesitant about dribbling with the ball..but at least I could still run.. and luckily my left peg is not useless...
I probably shouldn't have played today...could have further aggravated the problem...but how could I resist the temptation? Two weeks without playing is pure torture..
Didn't do any of my usual showboating today and I think I didn't really play well...
Well...try harder next time... Yeah!
